October's Mom's Night Out is about to be very spooktacular! Join us for dinner at Zelda's 750 West on The Blvd., and then to The Greatest Escape for a fun escape room challenge.

Let's celebrate Halloween early FIT4MOM style with a Halloween themed class. We will then have our kiddos strut their stuff and show off their costumes.

We will be hosting our Wednesday Stroller Barre class outside of the Brain Balance Palmdale location. We will then be treated to a yummy boba as we learn about all of the wonderful things Brain Balance has to offer the community.

One of our favorite activities is watching out kiddos go through a mini Stroller Strides session. Your kiddo has no stroller? No problem! Just bring something for them to push like a wagon or a mini shopping cart. We will provide the rest!
